Carolina Panthers owner donates $100K to Charleston church victims
Jerry Richardson, the owner of the Carolina Panthers,has donated $100,000 to the victims of the Charleston church shooting.
Richardson gave $10,000 to the families of each of the nine people killed in Wednesday night's shooting, and then gave another $10,000 to the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church.
The donation became public when Bakari Sellers, a Democratic member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, shared it online.

"Our hearts are one with those who grieve the loss of these individuals," Richardson wrote in the letter.
