Taylor Swift superfan's dreams come true thanks to Delaware police

Victoria Marsh -- a 13-year-old with osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer, as well as Down syndrome -- had a major wish: The opportunity to meet Taylor Swift.

The dream scanario began to seem like a possibility when the Dover, Deleware, police department -- which went viral in its own right earlier this year when an officer lip-synched to "Shake It Off" -- got tickets to Swift's 1989 Philadelphia concert thanks to the dash-cam video.

When the officers heard about Marsh, they decided to give her the tickets. Unfortunatley, thanks to her chemotherapy schedule, she was going to be too sick to be at the concert for too long, so she gave the tickets to her sisters.

Marsh and the police department then made the below video explaining the situation and hoping that if it got enough attention, Swift and her team would see it and be able to work out a meet-and-greet. Happily, it worked.

Prior to Swift's concert this weekend, Victoria (and her sisters!) got to meet the singer and pose for a sweet photo. We're guessing their day was a fairy tale.
