The gorgeous blonde took to Instagram to share a selfie with her excited fans before dropping her first album since 2007's "Dignity". Duff captioned her post telling followers, "Hope you guys are ready!"

Hilary cannot wait for the upcoming release of her new album "Breathe In. Breathe Out." and neither can we. She somehow found the time between filming and promoting her new hit show "Younger" for TVLand to make the album, revealing to MTV that it even includes a song about her son Luca.
