A tiny building sandwiched between two skyscrapers in a highly desirable area of Sydney, Australia, is expected to fetch nearly $3 million US dollars at auction.

The structure, located in the city's St. Leonards neighborhood, measures about 2,400 square feet.

It was originally a home but was later converted into a jewelry store. The owner has decided that it's time to close up shop and move on.

The space the shop is on is only moments away from the local train station and has frontage along two streets.

Bids for the property will be accepted as of June 17th at 10:30 AM Sydney time.

The sale is being handled by CBRE.
