A dad with heart failure travels cross country to surprise his daughter for her wedding

Inside Edition -- Andre Pearson is a heart failure patient at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and thought he was too ill to attend his daughter Alexandra's California wedding but he was doing well enough to make the trip accompanied with a Mayo staff member and surprised Alexandra the night before her big day.

Everyone was overcome with emotion and on her wedding day, Andre was able to bring his daughter down the aisle and see his little girl get married.

The Mayo Clinic posted video of the surprise on YouTube and it is something to be seen.

During the reception Andre even got down on the dance floor! This is such a touching surprise and truly a day no one will forget.
