100-year-old woman credits 'booze' for long life

(WNEP) — A woman from Luzerne County in Northeastern Pennsylvania celebrated her 100th birthday Tuesday, and she says alcohol is the main reason she made it to the noteworthy milestone.

Local station WNEP caught up with Pauline Spagnola while she partied with friends Tuesday near Wilkes-Barre, and while she dined on cake that day, she made it pretty clear she's partied harder over the years.

When asked for her secret to longevity she said: "a lot of booze."
