A woman who was injured in the fatal Malibu crash in February involving Caitlyn Jenner is suing the star.

Jenner was was behind the wheel of an SUV on the Pacific Coast Highway when she rear-ended a woman in a white Lexus. That woman then collided into oncoming traffic and was hit-head on by a hummer. Jenner also rear ended a Prius in the incident. The driver of the Lexus died at the scene and several other people were injured, according to police.

Jenner walked away without injury and blamed the paparazzi for the fatal accident, claiming he was being chased.

Jessica Steindorff, the Prius driver and Hollywood agent, filed a lawsuit Monday naming Jenner and demanding more than $25,000 for loss of wages and medical expenses. She also claims to have suffered personal injuries.

According to her lawyers, Steindorff was driving with a suspended license at the time of the crash, though she says she was not aware of it at the time. She told police she was stopped behind a line of cars that were sitting at red light when she was rear ended by Jenner.

TMZ reports the suit refers to Jenner as "Bruce Jenner a/k/a Caitlyn Jenner"

Two stepchildren of the woman who died are also suing Jenner for wrongful death.
