The Top Cringeworthy Moments at the 2015 Tony Awards

Things got a a little awkward onstage at the 69th Annual Tony Awards Sunday.

Here are the most cringeworthy moments from the 2015 show:

First, Anna Chlumsky and Debra Messing clearly didn't compare outfits before hitting the stage together to present the award for featured actor in a play.

Twinning! Of course, dozens of media outlets were quick to point out the snafu. Because who doesn't love an awkward outfit moment?

Next, an appearance by Jennifer Lopez and Nick Jonas was supposed to be one of the highlights of the awards. But it ended up being pretty, well, weird.

As a writer for Bustle put it, "Aside from having terrible timing, they looked uninterested in their duties and it was just completely unpleasant to watch." Word.

Speaking of words, "The King and I" star Ruthie Ann Miles's were cut short during her acceptance speech by a rather odd sound.

Her acceptance speech was apparently just too long for the Tonys band, which started to play her off the stage near the end of her big moment.

Finally, we'll leave you with this wacky gem brought to you by hosts Kristin Chenoweth and Alan Cumming.

"I said 'Fun Home,'" Cumming said to a "confused" Chenoweth who took the stage in an E.T. costume.

There were plenty of other memorable moments at the 2015 Tonys. Head to the awards' website to check them all out.
