Helen Mirren for EGOT (and that Bradley Cooper gay joke)!!!

Despite a hilarious intro about Bradley Cooper's supposed sex life with both Kristin Chenoweth and Alan Cumming -- the co-hosts both teased about spreading the rumor -- the actor was all business as he awarded Helen Mirren with the Tony Award for Lead Actress in a Play. The award -- her first Tony, by the way -- moved the Dame one step closer to an EGOT.

Anna Chlumsky and Debra Messing's would be Whitney/Mariah moment!

Listen: when it comes to an awards show you just do not wear a matching outfit as another actor. We saw what happened when Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston did it at the MTV Video Music Awards. Though planned, it was clearly a demonstration of "don't f--- with me, sister." And then Anna Chlumsky and Debra Messing did the same thing when they both walked out in similar purple -- mauve? -- gowns. Oops! Too bad they didn't address it head on.

John Cameron Mitchell for the win!

In a weird twist of fate, the co-creator of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, John Cameron Mitchell, was not eligible for a Tony Award last year when the Broadway debut of the show was up for Best Revival. Since then, the star himself has reprised the role of the East German transgender rocker -- following Neil Patrick Harris, Andrew Rannells, and Michael C. Hall -- in a return to the role that he once played Off Broadway and later in the film adaptation. He has finally recognized this year with a Special Tony Award.

"Reading your acceptance speech from your iPhone is the new pulling your acceptance speech from your pocket."

Ruthie Ann Miles did it while accepting her award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for The King and I, and despite getting played off, she worked every moment of her speech.

Kendall Jenner was there...

Somewhere in the crowd the reality star/model made her place at the awards show. Sure, like, why not? Right?!

#PeterPanLive!

Remember when NBC revived Neverland for the live production of Peter Pan Live? Yeah, well CBS tried to do the same with a performance by Kelsey Grammer (as Captain Hook) and Matthew Morrison (as J. M. Barrie, the author of the beloved childhood story). Needless to say, everyone was distracted by the comparisons of the two. Allison Williams did it better!

Kelli O'Hara's GIF-able moment...

Someone had to have one!!! It's the modern era of the internet after all.
