Retiring teacher gets a cement truck surprise

Vicki Birdsell-Baker is retiring as a teacher at Willard Elementary in Moline this year. As part of a very special send-off, colleagues and students pulled off an awesome surprise.
She's always been fascinated by cement trucks, so she was shocked and delighted when one rolled up to the school on Friday, June 5.
