Adam Lippes is the latest Target collaborator

New York designer Adam Lippes chose to use his Instagram account to debut an exciting new project this morning. Next to a shot of the Target bull's eye reinvented in plaid, he wrote, "All about plaid. #adamlippesfortargetstyle."

Lippes joins Eddie Borgo, who has a jewelry line for the retailer coming out in July, as the latest to be tapped by the big-box store. According to a Target release, the line will debut in the fall and offerings will include more than 50 items — including clothes, accessories, home goods, and pet accessories — "inspired by buffalo plaid." Or, to put it more simply, just a lot of items in buffalo plaid. For fall. Groundbreaking!
