Couple alert? Bella Thorne and Gregg Sulkin spotted smooching

It looks like Bella Thorne and Gregg Sulkin are a little more than friends now.

On Monday, the 17-year-old actress and Sulkin, 22, who have been pals for six years, were spotted by an AOL reporter at the Stella Artois 'Host Beautifully' event in Los Angeles looking very loved up and exchanging kisses on the cheeks.

The pair attended the evening event together with their friends, Chris Galya and his girlfriend, and looked extremely cuddly as they enjoyed an intimate concert by John Legend.

Thorne was singing along to Legend's tunes, while Sulkin had an affectionate arm around her throughout the entire event. Later in the evening, the pair snapped pics together in front of hot air balloons at the outdoor soiree and posed for a couple photos with their pals. By all accounts, it appeared to be a double date!

Rumors have swirled for months about whether the two are an item after they posted several photos together on Instagram. Earlier this week, Bella posted a snap of their his and hers attire and joked, "This is what happens when you've known someone for 6 years.... You show up in the same color scheme @greggsulkin #allsaints #allthetime."

While the duo have stayed quiet about the dating rumors, all signs point to coupledom.
