Clinton Foundation donor list includes Bill Cosby, George Stephanopoulos
The Clinton Foundation continues to make headlines after The Washington Post revealed a list of donors (though it's not searchable by name).
Bill Cosby contributed to the foundation, which has raised nearly $2 billion since it was founded in 2001. The actor, who has been accused of drugging and sexually abusing dozens of women, donated as much as $5,000 to the foundation. The Huffington Post reports that the foundation "confirmed that the William H. Cosby listed among its donors is Bill Cosby."
ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos was booted from moderating a Republican presidential debate later this year after it was revealed that he contributed more than $75,000 to the Clinton Foundation.
Records show the political news anchor donated $25,000 three times between 2012 and 2014. Stephanopoulos apologized for not making the contributions public knowledge and the network also said in a statement that he was wrong not to disclose the contribution but that it was an honest mistake.
