Florence Henderson skyrocketed to TV fame as stay-at-home mom Carol Brady on the sitcom "The Brady Bunch," but the actress wasn't happy with her character's singular role as a caregiver. In fact, as Henderson told "The HuffPost Show" on Friday, she continuously asked the show's writers to give Carol a career outside of the home.
Henderson told host Roy Sekoff: "I begged for a job, because I've been a working mother. I have four children. [But they said] 'No, you can't.' ...So when we started having all of the reunions, I said, 'I will not come back unless you give me a job. So you know what they made me, screw them? A real estate agent!"
