Tim Tebow Is A NFL Player... And A Pretzel

As the news leaked that Tim Tebow had signed with Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles, the internet basically exploded. News outlets around the country were telling the news of the signing and every Tebow follower likely came out of hibernation to find that spring had brought a new wave of promise for Tebowmania.

While the season is not even near the start date, fans of the former collegiate star are hoping to hear anything and everything about their favorite quarterback that they can in order to get their fix before preseason play.

If you're looking for a hard-hitting Tebow story, you are at the wrong place. This is all about pretzels.

OK, there is a little more to do with Tebow than there is pretzels, but a local Philadelphia pretzel company, Philly Pretzel Factory, has created custom Tebow-pretzels.

What do they look like?

This has to be one of the biggest honors of Tebow's career. I mean, who wouldn't want to be made into the shape of a pretzel?

The young quarterback has bounced around during his young career, playing with three different teams and even leading one, the Denver Broncos, to the playoffs. However, his poor completion percentage and flawed throwing motion have left GMs and coaches out of the running to acquire his services - also because Tebow refuses to play any other position.

Eagles' head coach Chip Kelly knows that Tebow is a hard-worker and a good guy. Giving him a chance might be the best thing for the Eagles' image in quite some time and the team will likely be in the spotlight all offseason.

OK, back to the pretzels.

Tebowing was a craze started by the quarterback when he was in college at the University of Florida. He used to drop down to one knee and celebrate a big play or a touchdown by praying with his fist holding up his head in the thinker's pose.

Now, it has been made into a pretzel.

Don't be surprised if these are the hottest-selling item, literally and figuratively, on the market for Tebow as it's one of the most unique things out there.

Sure, you could buy a Tebow jersey or a Tebow shirt, but why not eat a Tebow pretzel?
