Kelly Clarkson Tells the ACMs Crowd to 'Suck It'

Kelly Clarkson wants you to know that she thinks her mother-in-law is cooler than yours. And, to be fair, she has a pretty solid basis for that argument -- after all, her mother-in-law is the beloved country music legend Reba McEntire.

The "Invincible" singer got the chance to introduce Reba at the 2015 ACMs and present the music icon with a Milestone Award. Kelly used the opportunity to show that not all in-laws are at odds with one another.

Kelly Clarkson through the years -- 2015 thru 'Idol' days:

"I never could have imagined when I was at the ACMs nine years ago, and I yelled backstage to Reba, 'I want to be you when I grow up,' that one day, we would not only become friends... but in the most crazy twist of fate, she would become my family," Kelly recalled, smiling.

In October 2013, Kelly married Brandon Blackstock, who is Reba's stepson, making them one big happy, country music family.

As the crowd cheered wildly, a giddy Kelly couldn't help but add, "So basically what I'm saying here, people, is that I have the coolest mother-in-law, and you all can suck it!"

The 60-year-old "Consider Me Gone" singer was honored with a Milestone Award at the ACMs, in recognition of her 13 ACM awards, as well as the 14 times she's hosted the show, and for having one of the most successful country careers of all time.
