Royal baby prep is in full swing -- and not just for the royals!

Kate Middleton and Prince William are expected their second child any day now, and staffers at her hospital are preparing for the media as well as all of those fans with royal fever who will wait outside to get a first glimpse of the new addition to the royal family.

Barricades are going up outside of the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London, the hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge is expected to give birth. No Parking signs are also in place in front of the hospital for the rest of the month.

This is the same hospital where Will and Kate welcomed, their first baby, George on July 22, 2013.
