So Betty White showed up for her appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" with a big old bruise on her adorable face.
But, in true Betty White fashion, the actress had a hilarious explanation for the injury.
"The makeup lady had a little problem with me, and she hit me. I thought she had a powder puff. She had her fist," said Betty White on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
Okay, Betty is absolutely incredible, even when she's joking about physical violence. Did we mention we love her yet? No? Okay, well, we LOVE her.
Of course, Jimmy's makeup artist didn't really clock Betty in the eye - she apparently had a little accident in the kitchen recently.
"I slipped and fell. In the, in the kitchen, of all things. I never go in the kitchen. Because it's dangerous," said Betty.
"It is dangerous," said Jimmy Kimmel.
Well, considering Betty's diet of choice, we can see why she doesn't spend much time in the kitchen.
She told Bon Appetit last year, "I don't eat a proper diet. Lunch is usually a hot dog and french fries, or something equally devilish. Red Whips are my curse."
How the 93-year-old "Hot in Cleveland" star keeps her trim figure, we may never know.
