Tax Day Freebies from Burgers to Pizza

Taxes are the worst, there's no getting around it. Even if you get a nice return, the process is still a total hassle, so some restaurants are offering sweet deals to make Tax Day a little less painful.

Boston Market is doing a buy one, get one giveaway -- and it's for an entire meal. There's a limit of three per person, per visit, so if you get creative and you can eat a LOT of Boston Market for half the price.

Not in the mood for chicken? You can get a free burger at Hard Rock Cafe, but there's a catch: you have to sing for it. Each location is different, so you might be singing with a guitarist or a whole band.

Either way, there's a Legendary Local Burger coming your way at the end of the song.

If you still want burgers but don't want to work for 'em, you have two other options: Sonic is giving away half-price cheeseburgers all day, and there's no limit. You can have burgers for all three meals if you can stomach it!

At McDonald's, Big Macs and Quarter Pounders are BOGO -- for a penny!

Pizza Hut is trying to get cute with their giveaway by making you sign a P-2 form from PizzaReturn.com and asking that you send it in to win a coupon.

BLT Prime and BLT Steak restaurants will cut the price of your boozy drinks in half ... but it'll still be more expensive than if you just drank at home (or in your accountant's office).

For dessert, swing by Great American Cookies for a free sugar cookie.

Depending on how things went with the IRS, a single cookie or a half price meal might not be enough to make you feel better -- but it's a start!
