Sitting in the front row of the MTV Movie Awards' audience, Kevin Hart endured a rough night. Host Amy Schumer hit him with some height jokes in her opening monologue, and even when Jimmy Kimmel took the stage to prelude his big moment, his stature wasn't immune.
But alas, Hart is a giant among comedians, taking home the prize for Comedic Genius.
Hart brought his kids Heaven and Hendrix onstage to accept the award. He thanked them along with his ex-wife Torrei, his fiancé Eniko Parrish, his manager Dave Becky, Hartbeat Productions and, of course, his fans.
On April 9, Hart kicked off his What Now? tour, which is on track to become the highest-grossing comedy tour ever reported to Billboard Boxscore. The 35-year old actor-comedian will be the first comedian ever to headline a stadium when he performs at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field on Aug. 30.
