TV anchor caught eating breakfast on air

WGN anchors had a good laugh when they read one viewer's Facebook comment addressed to anchor Dan Ponce:

"Hey Dan ... Why don't you eat your nutritious breakfast before the show instead of during the show?"

The comment came as a result of Dan getting caught eating a parfait during the WGN Morning News on Friday, April 3. He was indulging in the breakfast treat when his co-anchor Lourdes Duarte reminded him that he was on air.

Lourdes ended up wrapping up the segment -- either because Dan's mouth was full or because he couldn't contain his laughter over his "deer in headlights moment."
