It's no secret Rob Kardashian has been struggling with some serious personal issues during the past year.
Despite continued efforts from his entire family, Rob's issues don't seem to be improving. And it has Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner worried for her son's life.
"And he's gained over 100 pounds in the last year. I'm sorry. I don't talk about it very much, so it's very upsetting. If I don't help him do something drastic, that he's gonna die," said Kris Jenner on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
Rob's battle with extreme weight gain and alleged issues with depression has made headlines for several months now.
And during Sunday night's "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," we saw just how much of a toll it has taken on both Rob and his family.
Kris even arranged for a life coach to meet with Rob during the episode so he could get the help he needs.
But he refused any and all assistance from his family, even prompting tears from his closest sister, Khloe.
"It's not BLEEPING fair. Just accept the BLEEPING help," said Khloe Kardashian.
Rob has drastically cut back on filming on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and has hardly been seen in public for over a year. But he has exhibited some strange behavior on social media in recent weeks.
Last month, he posted an Instagram photo of Rosamund Pike's bloodied character in the film "Gone Girl" along with the caption, "This is my sister Kim, the b---- from 'Gone Girl.'" The post has since been removed.
It's unclear if Rob will make an appearance during season 10 of the show.
