Someone just bought Bon Jovi's multimillion dollar SoHo apartment

Some lucky buyer is going to be livin' on a prayer and in the penthouse all because of rocker Jon Bon Jovi.

Bon Jovi listed his six bedroom SoHo duplex in 2013 for 42 million. When the property was first up for sale, Zillow said the rockstar poured millions of dollars into the space for high end renovations.

Like many apartments in Manhattan (or like 1%) the nearly 8,000 sq ft abode has a wood-burning fireplace, chefs kitchen, projection room, landscaped terraces and a second wood-burning stove and kitchen on the 2nd floor.

Because, why would we want to walk up or down stairs for our beverages and s'mores? That's right, we wouldn't.

According to StreetEasy the incredible space went under contract this week for 37.5 million.
