The MacMillan brothers found a way to relive their youth recently when they recreated old photos from their childhoods.

The three men, who are from Philadelphia, wanted to create a special calendar for their mother Vickie. They found outfits that were similar to the ones they'd worn in years past and mimicked poses from photos taken nearly 20 years ago.

"Going to different thrift stores to try to find different clothes was pretty difficult," one of the brothers told INSIDE EDITION.

They even got their dad involved to recreate a photo of the four MacMillan men on their church steps. But this time it was a little bit harder for their dad to hold Ian as he had done decades ago.

Vickie wasn't only surprised with her present, she was beside herself.

"I just started laughing -- I couldn't even get past the first picture," she said. "It was definitely the best picture I've ever gotten."
