Dolores Sheinis appeared in a Florida court last week for a bond hearing and left with a few new fans.

At one point he said to her, "Let me ask you something ma'am? How am I doing as a judge today?"

To which she answered, "Not bad, but you could do better."

The 80-year-old is facing charges of resisting arrest and violating a restraining order against her ex-husband of more than 30 years. It was long after Judge John Hurley addressed the allegations, that her witty comments cracked up her lawyer and even the inmates.

The judge asked her, "Ma'am have you ever thought of doing standup routine?"

Dolores quickly replied, "If you pay me good money, sweetheart, I'll be there. I'm really short of funds."

And later she told the court, "I don't tip anybody. I make them banana bread and chocolate pudding pie."

Judge Hurley released her on bail and when the hilarious back and forth was finished, the judge happily waved her goodbye.
