Woman can't believe her own 'Family Feud' response

Steve Harvey is probably used to hearing some pretty silly answers on "Family Feud" -- but a recent contestant on the show may have just won the award for weirdest response."Name something a doctor might pull out of a person," Harvey said.

Contestant Darci's swift response? "A gerbil."

The reason everyone is getting such a kick out of this one? Sometime in the early '90s an interesting rumor began surrounding actor Richard Gere and a ... gerbil. Hollywood legend has it that the 'Pretty Woman' star was admitted into the emergency room of a Los Angeles hospital with a foreign object lodged in his rectum.

According to the legend, X-rays determined the object was a gerbil that a team of doctors rushed to remove.

The story has never actually been confirmed, but contestant Darci was awfully quick to use the tiny rodent as her response to "what a doctor might pull out of someone".

Sadly, "gerbil" didn't come up in the survey, but Steve and the rest of the audience got a pretty good laugh.

It's safe to say it isn't the first -- and most likely not the last -- time Harvey will hear a less refined response from a contestant.
