Miranda Lambert had the ultimate black dress look of the night. She showed tiny peeks of skin at the hips and the pop of magenta really brought the look together.

The red carpet was awash in black dresses at the 2015 Grammy Awards

Stars seemed to favor black, beaded and sheer over all other styles. Instead of going with classic silhouettes, singers and actresses took it further with sexy fabrics.

Gwen Stefani, 45, looked ageless in a custom Atelier Versace jumpsuit that she rightfully called "artwork." Miranda Lambert's black gown had a pop of magenta and subtle cutouts that flattered her body.
