Holly Madison Files Lawsuit Against Las Vegas Club

Holly Madison's days as host of "Peep Show" are over, and now it seems she's battling peeping Toms.

The former playmate and her company, Awesometown Inc., filed a lawsuit against managers at Mandalay Bay's 1923 Bourbon and Burlesque, claiming they secretly recorded dancers in their dressing rooms and possibly even distributed the images and video they captured.

Last May, Madison celebrated the grand opening of the club and her burlesque show, but by the end of the year things hadn't turn out the way she had hoped. When the dancer got word they were unknowingly putting on a special show, Madison's agent allegedly met with the manager who claimed the recordings were "not a big deal."

An attorney for the club told Fox News, there were never any hidden cameras but there was a general surveillance camera that was "re-positioned to monitor a smaller area" and "The performers elected to change costumes in the public corridor when they really could have dressed in the private area that was available to them."

A similar suit was filed by other showgirls, claiming they were also filmed without their knowledge or consent.
