(PIX11) – While snow dominated headlines, it wasn't the only story that took over Monday.

Jonathan Lamberton, the sign language interpreter seen at Mayor de Blasio's press conference, was the talk of social media, earning rave reviews for his craft.

When ASL-certified translator Lamberton was asked about his enthusiasm, his wife translating for him said, "I'm very proud of my work."
