Richard Sherman busts out a salsa dance at Super Bowl Media Day (Video)

We definitely see and hear some strange things at Super Bowl Media Day every single year, and Tuesday was no different. Actually, anytime that Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman is involved in anything as he was in this year's Media Day, you're guaranteed to see or hear something that you're not going to forget.

On Tuesday afternoon in Arizona, he did not disappoint.

As Sherman was up at his podium taking questions from the media, he was asked to bust out some of his salsa dancing moves, and him being the lively individual that he is, he was more than happy to oblige the request.

Hey, that's actually not half bad. My memory might need to be refreshed a bit, but I can't remember Sherman ever busting out some salsa dancing moves as part of a celebration. Although, that could stir up a rivalry with New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz, which when you think about it, might be entertaining.

Nonetheless, this was definitely one of the highlights of the Seahawks' session on Tuesday, and also goes to show that just five days before the Seahawks are getting set to take on the New England Patriots, Sherman appears as loose as ever.
