Ashley I. makes a shocking confession on 'The Bachelor'

On Monday night's episode of "The Bachelor," Ashley I. made a confession that left bachelor Chris Soules slightly flabbergasted -- and viewers both confused and over it.

During a one on one with Chris, Ashley said that she wanted to confess that she was a virgin.

At first, Chris didn't know what to say.

"Never thought Ashley I. was gonna tell me she was a virgin. Did not see that one coming," he mentioned in a follow-up.

We didn't see that one coming either.

Especially because promos for this week's episode definitely made it seem like Ashley I. and Chris got personal in a tent on a camping trip group date. Classic reality TV bait-and-switch, we guess.

After his initial shock, Chris actually took Ashley's admission pretty well, telling her he thinks her virginity is "a great thing."

But despite his positive reaction, Ashley burst into tears soon after, saying she was worried she might have scared him away.

"I feel like I really freaked him out!" said Ashley I.

The other bachelorettes weren't too sympathetic though -- there was some visible eye-rolling during Ashley's meltdown.

And viewers on Twitter seemed to share that same sentiment, with many saying they are already sick of Ashley's drama.
