Michelle Obama Dons 'Good Wife' Attire for SOTU

Michelle Obama is a good wife ... or she dresses like one at least.

The first lady attended her husband's 2015 State of the Union address sporting a Michael Kors tweed jacket, nearly identical to one worn by Julianna Margulies while she played the popular lawyer Alicia Florrick on a Season 5 episode of "The Good Wife" according to Spotted on TV.

The matching outfits were quickly pointed out by University of Wisconsin – Madison Media Studies doctoral student Taylor Cole Miller, who tweeted out the side-by-side shots of the two fashionable women Tuesday night.
While her husband was touting lower gas prices that save the typical American family about $750 at the pump each year, Michelle wore an ensemble that would gobble up those savings. The Michael Kors jacket comes with a $797 price tag at Neiman Marcus -- although it's sold out at the moment. The matching skirt runs another $597.

The Michael Kors outfit, currently sold out on Neiman Marcus's online shop after the first lady wore the outfit to the 2015 State of the Union address.

Check out the first lady's look -- and some of her other noteworthy styles -- in the gallery below.
