Teresa Giudice Cuts Price on New Jersey Mansion -- Again!
How low can it go? The day after reality star Teresa Giudice entered her new home in a federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut, she dropped the price on her old home in New Jersey by another $500,000.
The four-acre property in Towaco hit the market in September for almost $4 million, then dropped to about $3.5 million in November, and now sits at $2.999 million. The 10,000 square-foot, stone-and-stucco home has six bedrooms, six baths, double Cinderella staircases and imported marble floors.
Meanwhile, there may be some rays of sunshine for the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star. US Weekly is reporting that Giudice's 15-month prison sentence, which began Jan. 5, will be reduced by two months after she has completed 85 percent of her stint. That's standard for inmates who keep their noses clean, Giudice's "legal team" reportedly told US Weekly.
Giudice and her husband, Joe, were sentenced to prison time after pleading guilty to tax evasion and a variety of fraud charges. Joe will begin serving his 41-month sentence after his wife is released.
The couple's four-bedroom New Jersey summer place in Manahawkin is still for sale for $315,000.
