'Jimmy Kimmel Live!': Jimmy Kimmel Continues His Crusade Against Long Receipts

Kimmel is on a "crusade" against stores -- particularly drug stores and supermarkets -- that give you insanely long receipts. "The same stores that make you pay for a bag to carry your stuff in to save the environment are printing these enormous receipts out," he said with a laugh.

After a Twitter user gave Kimmel an, uh, interesting idea for what to do with those endless pieces of paper (print them on toilet paper so they can be 'used' later), he started to collect all the funny photos people who were similarly stunned sent him. One from Office Max actually measured in at 11 feet, while Apple's "Reuse and Recycling" program was 40 inches. Another mind-blowing receipt came up to a woman's hip -- and she's five feet, six inches tall.

Kimmel admits that while he's trying to stay on top of this issue of national importance, he figures "eventually [he'll] lose interest in it and nothing will happen."
