2015 People's Choice Awards red carpet

It's officially awards season!

The 2015 awards season kicked off at the People's Choice Awards on Wednesday at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.

The notoriously-casual show was a breeding ground for edgy fashions this year with many A-list ladies rocking jumpsuits and classic tea-length dresses. As for the gents, it was all about navy and gray suits.

The show's hosts, Anna Faris and Allison Janney, scored special points for their red carpet attire. Faris looked absolutely exquisite in a white, two-piece ensemble with a plunging neckline. Her "Mom" co-star Janney sparkled in a metallic gown.

The red carpet was also peppered with well-dressed couples. "Once Upon a Time" lovebirds Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas went for classic black and white ensembles while Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard packed a punch with her pink frock and his maroon suit.
