Banana Almond Milkshake is a delicious and wholesome drink with bananas and almonds is my favorite and is now my childrens' favorite as well. Combining nuts into the milkshake gives it the additional nutrition and texture as well. This is what they typically have before going for their tennis lessons after a long school day. Gives them the instant bout of energy and nutrition. This could be a great drink just after your workouts in the gym.

Serving Size: 4


  • 2 large bananas

  • ½ cup oatmeal powder

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed powder

  • 2 cup chilled milk

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 5 almonds

  • 1 Tbsp honey


  1. Blend all the ingredients together with just half the milk, until smooth. Add the remaining milk and blend again to combine well. Divide the milk shake into 3-4 servings and serve.
