That same month, Bieber was caught egging his neighbor's house. A judge later ordered him to attend anger management classes and pay the neighbor more than $80,000 in restitution.
Then there were reports of Bieber spitting in a neighbor's face, riding around the neighborhood smoking marijuana and his house parties, which tended to end with visits from the police.
Bieber isn't the only cringeworthy neighbor who made the list. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West placed second, while Miley Cyrus placed third.
Zillow also identified the celeb people wouldn't mind living by. Late-night talk show host Jimmy Fallon earned that honor for the second year in a row. Country singers Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton as well as newlyweds George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin also made the list of desirable neighbors.
Yeah, we think fans are so trying to score an invite to Clooney's villa on Lake Como with that ranking.
