Bagel and Lox

One of my favorite things to have for breakfast is a bagel with cream cheese. I thought I'd lighten it up a bit by using a low calorie bagel thin with laughing cow cream cheese. Adding smoked salmon made it even better!

Ingredients:
  • 1 everything bagel thin
  • 1 cream cheese
  • sliced red onion
  • capers
  • fresh dill
Directions:
  1. Toast your bagel and spread cream cheese onto both sides, top with a few slices of smoked salmon.
  2. Add (as little or as much as you like) sliced red onion, capers and dill.
