This Healthy Cinnamon Plum Smoothie recipe is dairy-free, banana-free and 100% fruit! This is the best way to balance your diet if you had a few too many cookies (or slices of pie).

- 3 large plums, pitted and cut into chunks
- ¼ cup natural apple juice
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ tsp cinnamon, according to taste
- A handful of ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
