This smoothie tastes just like apple pie a la mode, but is much healthier for you!
1 apple, sliced
1 frozen banana
1 ½ cup almond milk
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
2 dates, pitted
2 Tbsp pecans or walnuts
additional add-ins: ground flax seeds or chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy!
