On May 10, 2013, Dominique Ansel debuted the Cronut™ at his self-named NYC bakery and catapulted himself into headlines around the world.

Since, he's won a James Beard Award and continues to innovate in his bakery -- creating everything from frozen s'mores to cookie shots. His latest endeavor? Spilling his secrets to all of us! Ansel debuted his cookbook, "The Secret Recipes," in October.
