Fashion fail! Alyssa Milano dons corset dress at 'Into the Woods' premiere

Alyssa Milano may want to head out of the woods and into a stylist!

The former "Charmed" actress donned a wacky, witch-like ensemble at the "Into the Woods" premiere on Monday in New York, and unfortunately the frock didn't do her any favors.

The normally stunning star, 41, rocked a hunter green Dolce & Gabbana dress, which featured billowy sleeves and a tight lace-up corset dress around the midsection. She polished off her style with a set of gold Manolo Blahnik heels, loose curls and a ruby pucker.

Unfortunately, the dress hugged her curves in all the wrong places and seemed like an outfit better suited for her former "Charmed" character, Phoebe Halliwell.

Despite her fashion misstep, Milano, who just welcomed her daughter Elizabella in September, seemed to be enjoying her night off from diaper duty and was all smiles as she rubbed elbows with other Hollywood heavyweights.

"Into the Woods" star Meryl Streep stunned in a black number while Anna Kendrick turned heads in a black and white Narciso Rodriguez dress. Perhaps the real show stealer was star Emily Blunt, who looked breathtaking in a rose-adorned Dolce & Gabbana gown.
