The Give & Go with Khari and Theo: The Knicks should drop the triangle offense
College Contributor Network
When the best player on a team doesn't fit the system, poor results ensue. That's what the Knicks have realized with their three-and-eight start, and though rookie head coach Derek Fisher will likely not change the offense, Carmelo Anthony and the Knicks will struggle due to roster makeup.
This episode of 'The Give & Go with Khari and Theo' provides insight on the struggling Knicks, but also touches on the surging Cavaliers. LeBron James has put his hometown team on his back and carried them to four straight wins. Were the early struggles good for Cleveland?
Two teams who have not struggled early on are the Grizzlies and Raptors. Both currently sit atop their respective conferences, but Khari and Theo discuss whether or not the two teams can realistically finish as top-three seeds at the end of the year.
Needless to say, as long as the Knicks are stuck in their ways, New York won't be a hindrance for the Raptors, whom both Khari and Theo think will be a strong player in the East. For answers to this and more, tune in to 'The Give & Go with Khari and Theo.'
