AUDITION REQUIREMENTS

To participate in this audition, you must: (a) be 18 years of age or older as of the date of your Live Audition or on the date of the recording of your Video Audition; and (b) have a legal right to work in the U.S.

Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate family
members and those living in the same household of AOL Inc. (the "Producer"), or its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, production personnel for the program, advertising agencies, corporate sponsors or any person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the auditions, or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or representatives are not eligible.

THE AUDITIONS

Live Auditions: Live auditions will take place at 770 Broadway] in New York City from 9:00 am ET until 12:00 pm ET on November 17, 2014 and at 331 N Maple Drive in Los Angeles from 6:00 am PT until 9:00 am PT on November 17, 2014.

How to Submit an Audition Online: You may submit an online audition by sending a video of yourself via Twitter, Instagram and Vine using the hashtag #AOLSportsSearch or by uploading your video at aol.com/sportssearch. Rules for the audition procedures are listed below. You must follow the general audition requirements below. All rules and procedures are subject to change at Producer's sole discretion.

What to Include in Your Audition: Participants submitting their audition online will be asked to provide a one (1) minute or less clip of themselves reporting on: (a) weekend sports recap; (b) sports analysis; or, (c) a discussion of hot topic in sports. Participants at the live audition will be asked to do above live.

What to Wear for Your Audition: Please do not wear any clothing items revealing any tattoos,
bearing designer, sports or any other logos or brand names, or bearing the name or likeness of a
celebrity, living or dead. If you wear such clothing in your Audition you may be disqualified.

What to include in the Video Auditions: The Video Audition should only include a video of you reporting your Sports piece. Your Video Audition must be created specifically for this audition. Your video cannot not be edited together from different takes, but must be one continuous shot of you facing the camera and reporting. We encourage you to dress and report as you would if you appeared before the judges in person. You must also appear in the Video Audition alone; any Video Auditions in which any person other than the participant appears will be disqualified.

Length of Video Auditions: in no event can your Video Audition exceed two (2) minutes in length.

YOU MAY ONLY SUBMIT ONE (1) VIDEO AUDITION. ANY ATTEMPT TO SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE (1) VIDEO AUDITION MAY RESULT IN YOUR IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION FROM CONSIDERATION.

If you have any assistance making your video, for example your friend helps operate the camera, you
must have that person's permission to submit your Video Audition.


Judging Criteria: Both Live Auditions and Auditions submitted online will be judged based upon on-camera presence, enthusiasm, personality, style and knowledge of sports. Decisions regarding casting will be made by the Producer and/or its designees as well as participation by the AOL audience (social platforms). The Producer and/or its designees may take into account the opinions of other judges or experts, if applicable. Participants who submit a Video Audition will be notified on Monday, November 17, 2014 by email if they have been selected to continue in the audition process. Participants with Video Auditions and Participants at the Live Audition in Los Angeles who have been selected for a call-back will be flown to New York City to participate in a second, live audition which will take place on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Travel, hotel, and meals will be all be covered by AOL.

Participants who do not receive a call back will not receive any communication from the Producer. If any applicant cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or if (s)he is found to be ineligible, or if (s)he cannot or does not comply with these Audition Requirements, or if (s)he cannot participate in or travel to callbacks for the Audition, the applicant may be disqualified and another participant may be selected.

Paperwork: You are required to to agree to the following Release. Participants who submit a Video Audition will be asked to provide the required information and agree to the terms and conditions during the video upload process. If you advance in the audition process, you will be required to fill out, sign and agree to all of the terms and conditions of additional forms, including without limitation, a standard participant release, talent agreement. You may also be subject to a thorough background investigation and other examinations, all at Producer's sole discretion.

ALL FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND TRUTHFULLY. IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE ANY FORM, GIVE ANY FALSE INFORMATION, OR FAIL TO REVEAL ANY PERTINENT INFORMATION, YOU MAY BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE AUDITION PROCESS.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The following apply to Video Auditions:

Disqualifications: Producer reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in Producer's sole and
absolute discretion, any individual from any of the auditions for any reason or for no reason at all,
including without limitation, violation of any portion of these rules, or tampering with the entry process or the audition process. Producer also reserves the right to change the rules and procedures at any time. Being chosen to audition and/or compete at any level in the process does NOT ensure that you will be selected to continue to the next stage.

No Compensation: All transportation, video recording, and other expenses for those participating in
the audition will be the responsibility of the applicant. Transportation for those participating in the callback audition will be at the sole discretion and expense of the Producer. The chosen participant may be required to execute various contracts before they are allowed to appear on the program, including without limitation [a management contract and/or brand equity contract,] and if any participant fails or refuses to do so, another participant may be chosen. If any such contracts provide for compensation, the participants on the program shall be solely responsible for all taxes on such compensation including income taxes.

General Conditions: By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these rules (which Producer
may change at any time in its sole discretion) and the decisions of Producer, and the panel of judges, which shall be final and binding. Your presence in and submission of the Video Audition (and if applicable, the Live Audition) constitutes your consent and agreement to the recording and use of your performance, appearance, name, voice, singing voice, likeness and any musical or sound effects produced by you for use in connection with any online or television program, motion picture or the Internet for all purposes (including advertising, marketing, promotion, merchandising and the exploitation of any and all ancillary and subsidiary rights), as the same may be edited, in all media now known or hereafter created, throughout the universe, in perpetuity for no compensation, unless otherwise required by law.

Producer and the production personnel for the program, participating websites, advertising agencies or any person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the auditions, or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or representatives are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any technical failure of the website including any failure to upload a video, the loss, deletion, or destruction of any video audition for any reason, or failure to evaluate the audition; (ii) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participating in the auditioning process or being selected to or disqualified from continuing in the auditioning process; or (iii) any printing, typographical or technological errors in any materials or systems associated with the auditioning process, including but not limited to service failures, service interruptions, or security breaches. NO WEAPONS, ALCOHOL OR NON-PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES WILL BE PERMITTED AT ANY STAGE OF THE AUDITION PROCESS OR DURING THE COMPETITION.
