Analysis: The gay marriage legal future

The Supreme Court is taking up a case that can change the outlook of gay marriage laws around the country.

The timing of this case is interesting. If paperwork can be submitted in time, the court may be able to address the case in its current session which ends in June of 2015.

However, a hold up would mean a decision would likely be made in June 0f 2016 in the heat of presidential election.
