The final episode of Craig Ferguson's "The Late Late Show" is set for December 19, 2014 -- and now, so are the guests.

In the last three weeks of the show some of Ferguson's most frequent visitors will return to bid farewell to the host, including Tim Meadows, Betty White and Henry Winkler. Drew Carey, who shared a set with Ferguson years prior on "The Drew Carey Show" will also stop by.

The final guest, however, might just be the most interesting. Fellow late-night host Jay Leno will join Ferguson's last show, where the pair will likely chat about all things late-night, the state of comedy, and what's next for each of them.

What's next is already answered for Ferguson: he'll host "The Celebrity Name Game" -- as for "The Late Late Show," British comedian James Corden will take over after December 19.

"The Late Late Show" airs weekdays on CBS.
