Man Uses Wife's Urine For Drug Test, Finds Out She's Pregnant

A bus driver attempted to avoid a drug test by using his wife's urine instead of his own only to find out she's pregnant.

As the BBC reports, an Egyptian man was required by his employer to submit a random drug test because both drug use and car accidents have been on the rise in recent years. After completing the test officials asked the unnamed driver to confirm the urine was actually his, and when he did, officials reportedly responded, "Congratulations, you're pregnant."

The transit authority says they will now require both blood and urine samples to prevent future incidents like this one.

According to the World Health Organization, 12,000 people are killed on Egyptian roads every year.
