On "Watch What Happens Live," Michael J. Fox and his lovely wife, Tracy Pollan, revealed they shared their very first kiss on on TV before they had even started dating.

"You famously had that kiss on 'Family Ties.' Was that the first kiss the two of you ever shared?" Andy asked. The answer was yes! Michael and Tracy told Andy Cohen they kissed for the very first time during an episode of "Family Ties" in 1985 when she played his girlfriend on the show.

Andy asked, "So did you play boyfriend and girlfriend before you actually became boyfriend and girlfriend?" "Oh yeah," they replied. But it wasn't until they started working on the movie "Bright Lights, Big City" in 1985 that they started dating in real life.

And after that, the couple's budding romance took off quickly -- they tied the knot the very next year, and they've been happily married ever since.

And the secret to their long, happy marriage? Michael told Ellen DeGeneres it's all about balancing each other out. "I'm an optimist. I'm famous for my positive outlook and I expect the best things to happen. Tracy's a realist and a bit of a pessimist and a bit of a hypochondriac."

Fans on Twitter couldn't get enough of the adorable couple, and neither could we.
