In a remarkable story, a young hearing-impaired woman got to experience her first live concert. After successul surgery that significantly improved her hearing, the 19 year old Vera Van Dyke was treated to a concert experience tailored to her hearing.

The concert was arranged just for Van Dyke. A prestigious Dutch composer worked closely with Vera to determine which frequency's worked best for Vera's ears and assembled the live music production accordingly. Fans flocked to social media to help determine which song was to be performed, eventually deciding on Sam Smith's 'Stay With Me.'
