Study Shows Drinking Sugary Drinks May Be Just As Bad As Smoking

A new study claims drinking fizzy drinks could make you more prone to disease – and even age faster. The study in the American Journal of Public Health found that people who drank a pint of sugary drinks a day had four and a half years of extra aging in their cells. That's the same amount brought on by smoking.
